Start the New Year with four days of deep rest and rejuvenation. On our virtual winter retreat, your home will become your very own retreat centre as you practise the Transcendental Meditation technique and TM-Sidhi programme on a restful online schedule.

With this time spent on your TM programme, plus a private group meeting with Tony Nader, MD, PhD, MARR, additional knowledge meetings, and more, you will enter 2021 feeling refreshed and inspired.

Highlights

Deep rest

To rejuvenate and prepare for 2021, course participants will spend four days giving special priority to their TM programme. After the first session on the evening of 30 December, participants will enjoy a structured programme of enjoyable meditation in the comfort of their home, as well as refreshers on the Maharishi Yoga Asanas to deepen their experiences during TM practice.

Profound knowledge

Another key aspect of the winter retreat will be beautiful knowledge in the form of recorded lectures from Maharishi, played over Zoom. In both the afternoon and evening sessions, participants will be treated to beautiful advanced lectures on themes such as love, devotion, and personal growth — all carefully selected by MERU faculty to structure the deep experiences enjoyed during programme.

Guidance from Dr Tony Nader

One of the biggest highlights will be the very first session of the course with Tony Nader, MD, PhD, MARR, leader of the TM organisation. In this session, starting at 20.30 CET, Dr Nader will be giving special programme instructions to the group — so it’s a session not to miss! Over the following days, participants will hear from other knowedgeable leaders in the TM organisation as well, including Dr Bevan Morris, Dr Neil Paterson, and Dr Girish Momaya.

Online group meditations

In addition to doing extended programme privately, course participants will also be able to connect for synchronised online meditations throughout the course. These online group meditations will be a way to enjoy the warmth and coherence of the community from a distance.
