Ramayan in Human Physiology

Two online lectures with Dr Tony Nader

Free of charge

About the lectures

MERU is delighted to have hosted Dr Tony Nader, an international scholar with mastery in both modern science and timeless Vedic wisdom, for online lectures in July 2020 on the theme of Ramayan in Human Physiology. Now, these lectures are available free of charge on MERU’s online course platform.

The Ramayana is a famous Indian epic from the Vedic tradition, a beloved and well-known story to many.

What is not as well known, however, …

… is that the characters and events in the Ramayana describe the structure and function of our own human physiology.

In fact, the Ramayana tells the story of natural law itself, just as natural law reveals its story in every individual physiology, in life, and in the ever-expanding universe.

During the recorded lectures, Dr Tony Nader gives an introduction to a profound and inspiring theme, the subject of his second book and of many years of research, scholarship, and close work with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. View these two complimentary sessions and come away with new insights into consciousness, physiology, and the path to reaching our full human potential, all revealed in Dr Nader’s commentary on this rich Vedic story.

‘The language of Ramayan is that language in which Total Natural Law is actually seen administering the whole universe.’

About Tony Nader

Tony Nader, MD, PhD, MARR, is a medical doctor trained at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Ph.D. in neuroscience) and Harvard University, and a globally recognised Vedic scholar. As Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s successor, Dr Nader is head of the international Transcendental Meditation® organisations in over 100 countries.

Ramayan In Human Physiology, which Dr Nader published in 2011, documents the correlation between the characters, relationships, locations, and events of the Ramayana with the structures and functions of human physiology. Dr Nader’s study does not conclude that the Ramayana belongs to any one religion or race or belief system. Rather, the Ramayana is the story of natural law and how it unfolds in every individual and in the universe.
