About the course

Join this special, interactive online accredited course and learn about self-pulse reading, a fundamental aspect of Maharishi AyurVeda, the Science of Wholeness of Life.

Through interactive, guided learning from renowned lecturers from India and Europe, Stichting MERU has developed online courses that can be easily integrated into your life. These courses are accredited by the AYUSH Ministry, Government of India, and after successful completion of each course, you will receive a certificate.

The course will be hosted by MERU faculty, Dr Donn Brennan, Vaidya Rao, and Vaidya Bartake. They will provide the theory and practical technique for detecting balance and imbalance in the body through feeling your own pulse. There will be senior professors from India and Europe as Panelists for deeper interactive knowledge and discussions.

Using the findings in the pulse, you will learn how to apply simple measures to correct any imbalance at an early stage before it manifests as disease, through adjustments in your diet and lifestyle.

The process of self-pulse reading itself is soothing and enjoyable, creating a balancing influence in physiology and spontaneously enhancing the self-healing ability of the body. What’s more, being self-referral through the pulse reading settles you, introducing a wave of integration in your mind and body that has a healing influence.

Take part in this online course and be empowered with new knowledge and tools to restore balance in your physiology.
